frankly more than 144hz is just overkill. my monitors can OC to 165 but I just don't see the point in literally overclocking my fucking monitors

This, omg this. Higher temps mean less performance and more wear on components. If I could buy a liquid nitrogen cooling system to keep my system cool, I probably would.
