I'm not sure if changing it (in some ccp white paper) is meant to be a symbolic gesture toward Taiwan and the west or what. The timing makes it seems like a reaction to Nancy Pelosi, but we also have to consider that a newswire decided a change to a ccp white paper was newsworthy at this moment.
Maybe it's not even that significant of an event and the real story is that Ukraine is out of fashion and Taiwan the next big thing.
