I find that surprising. How are they going to accept all those bribes and dodge taxes? They must have found a better mechanism.

they got theirs while money was free so now its time to lay low for a while until they find a new generally accepted way to cheat the system.

Honestly. You'd think they have no financial advisors worth the title.

They've just wasted amounts of tax money adding pushing that BS into the defense bill.
