I don't get it. The article itself contains much useful information about the El Paso killer. I used the original headline, as I have to. I am not allowed to use any other title for the post (Rule 2). Nevertheless my post gets flagged as misleading and downvoted.

Walmart employees are actually told they have a right to defend themselves. The training video is an active shooter where three employees overpower the shooter in the stock area.
