The employees at the Distribution Centers start at $14.50+/hr and get two $0.50 raises by the time they get to 6 months. They then get a raise every 6 months until they reach 2.5 yrs employment. They also receive quarterly bonuses and if they work any shift other than 1st shift they get higher pay.
