Officials took a blood sample from Ms Guyger to test for drugs and alcohol, but the results have not been released.
She had to have been fucked up, definitely some prison time is warranted.

I'd give her less if she was intoxicated. If she was sober I'd expect the sentence to be harsher. I know that is not legal precedent and just my opinion.

If she was intoxicated in uniform, that's a major breach of protocol, and eliminates any "But I'm a cop, so... ORDERS!" defense she might be able to mount.
