It's easy to see in the photo.
That is a clear copy of Ms.Piggy. The puppet also resembles a muppet.

I kinda want to see this now.

I doubt it. I just saw the trailer in the theater. It was positively revolting

I also watched a trailer and found it "unappealing".

In the context of the lawsuit, SS can't win. Is every puppet a caricature of a SS puppet?

Sesame Street is on HBO and in car commercials. It's a "public figure" open to mocking. The lawsuit only sells more tickets and elmos.
