Mountain bikers in fatal cougar attack did everything right

got back on their bikes. It bit one – the survivor – on the head and shook him. The second cyclist ran and the animal dropped the first victim and pounced, killing its victim

Only one of those statements can be true.
Trying to run from a cougar is the worst thing a person can do. Chase him until he runs. Then walk away.
If you act like prey, you become prey. Act like a predator.

Cats don't like a fair fight.

It's like they never watched a house cat play. Running away while the cat seems distracted emulates exactly how I get my cats to chase toys.

So called 'authorities' are retarded faggots.

If you die, you are not 'doing it right'.

If you are going where animals that can kill you live, carry a gun. Unless you are an idiot, who deserves to die.

And if you are somewhere that doesn't allow guns, at least carry some type of bear type spray.

This crap needs to end.

We have a little thing called The Constitution of The United States here. Part of that document is The Bill of Rights. In the top five Rights, is the Right to bear arms.

It was included in no small part to provide us with the means to defend our selves from tyrannical government officials. For instance those who would tell you that 'guns are not allowed' somewhere in America.

People need to start exercising their right to defend them selves, especially from these so called officials, as their so called 'gun free zones' are where a very large % of the gun murders happen.

Rights are not given they are taken. If people choose to comply with unjust laws that is their own prerogative.

As the "resist" crowd likes to say, "when injustice becomes law, resistance becomes duty."

Sometimes you're just going to get mauled by a cougar.
