So everyone is disavowing authorizing these tests, how did they get done? Where are the documents with ethics committee signoffs? Higher management signoff within the EUGT?

ever walked behind a clean diesel bus? shit makes me gag. Why waste time and energy when an 18 cylinder engine was invented with far more fuel capability per kilo? oh wait... Fiat.... oh yea I forgot about how the money system factored into this
