he asked me to give him a foot massage my first day on set; I did. He was openly flirtatious, he grabbed my ass, he talked about sex to me and in front of me. One morning I went to his dressing room to take his breakfast order; he looked at me and grinned, taking his time. Then he said, "I'll have a hard-boiled egg … and a soft-boiled clitoris." His entourage burst out laughing

In 1985 that was considered flirting. Maybe crass, but not 'sexual harassment'.

I get it, times have changed. Good.
But you can't retroactively punish people for things that were normal at the time.

Also, how about some responsibility on the womans part as well. She even admits:

"I loved the attention. Until I didn't."

How is that acceptable? She enjoys and encourages it when it benefits her, but can then change her mind and be traumatized by it, years later when she can cash in?
