I dunno; feels very contrived.
I couldn't stand having my mouse so far below the keyboard in #1.
The only natural-looking use here is #2's traditional chair position.
Splitting the legs as in #3 would become uncomfortable very quickly.
#4 comes in second-place for practical use as a stool. The angled book nook bit is kinda interesting, but the backrest/shelf is too low to be handy and effectively makes the stool nearly twice its necessary width.

And because it is made of hard wood all positions are shown with that small black pad. Which, thanks to the variety of poses it is meant to enable, cannot be properly secured to just one surface and thus will be prone to sliding.

I was thinking the same.
It may have four theoretical uses, but practically speaking I can't imagine it ever being used for anything other than #2.
A neat idea, but not much more.
