I've thought about that before and I assume there has to be a market like that. It's not like the person getting the transplant inspects the organs they are receiving first, so they could unknowingly get second rate liver if they're say in a foreign country where they have no rights to sue. Also, there's probably someone who would welcome a busted-ass organ to replace their even more busted-ass organ.

I don't know you could find buyers for my organs on the regular market. Not.after the abuse they have received.
Is there a market for 'high mileage' used organs? Something like a black-flea-market?
