I was close seeings with a few real wiccans when I was younger. Even went to a few of their ceremonies just to check the shit out. Aside from the crazy hippy lady with pentagram tattoos, you wouldn't know they were into witchcraft if you ran into them on the street.
They were mostly tech nerds too, and not one of them would try to lie about casting a virus out with sage and rocks. Sure, they would do weird shit like putting stuff in a jar of salt to keep the demons from breaking free. But they wouldnt lie to you and say a computer virus can be removed with some rocks and a few chants.
