That's what I thought when I saw this story ... sure as hell looked like an F-5 to me. And they do have them, so they just reverse engineered. I doubt it has any opposing military aviation folks frightened.

I thought Iran was buying Su-30s. Maybe not, as I don't see why they'd be messing with these if they were.
