I couple months back a coworker of mine requested several days off. He mentioned he was going to Seattle during his time off, so I suggested a few things to check out.
He mentioned he was heading up for a convention, and I off handedly joked he was attending rainfurrest l, which I had recently watched a video about. He actually knew what I was talking about and adamantly denied it. He did however eventually mention the convention was called "Everfree".
I should never have googled that while sitting at the same table. I just can't look at him the same way now.
And yes, I looked up footage of the convention for 2 hours trying to find him in the crowd. Man that was a cringe overload.
