My mailbox on Voat is broken. I get an error when I try to check it. I can check the messages to me by manually entering the url for the specific inbox. But all attempts to view mentions results in the error page.
The mentions count is rising, it makes me curious. I've been mostly inactive recently.
What could I have done now?
I've had phantom pings in past also, this is different.
They don't disappear. It's the mailbox that is bugged. Clicking my envelope goes to the 'oops' page.
Hmm, that's odd. I have had the oops page on some pages like the search pages and sometimes the sub edit pages, but never on the inbox. Maybe Puttitout borked something.
I suspect that Atko or Putt may have been peeking at our PMs around the time that it happened. Makes me wonder if they broke something accidentally while there, as this problem does not seem to have ever affected anyone else.
That is pure speculation by me though. Based only on possible coincidental timing and comments/actions that seem unlikely if they hadn't been looking.
Wasn't that some kind of exploit before. Someone figured out a way to bugger the inbox. Fuck, I dunno. Hard to keep track of this shit anymore. Haven't seen any posts mentioning you yet...
