Yes.
That pond is just a small(ish) pond. But, it's unique in that you can lawfully fish there - every day of the year. The only question is what can you take and how much of it can you take.
There are bass (large and small mouth), brown trout, lake trout, brook trout, yellow perch, white perch, splake, and I think there are fallfish and sunfish. There's other assorted non-game fish and only a few old people eat the fallfish, they're not very delicious.
Unlike many ponds, it has a strange set of regulations. You can ice fish before the ice is even solid, you can fish in the spring before regular fishing opens, you can fish a tributary whenever you want, etc... It's got some big fish in it - for Maine/species. We don't have giant alligator gar, or anything awesome like that. We do have a prehistoric fish - but not in that body of water.
We have something called "arctic char." They were deposited by glaciers and didn't evolve into something else or go extinct. They're pretty neat, I'm told. I've never caught one. I mostly eat brook trout and salmon. There are no salmon in that pond and I don't actually have to leave the property to get brook trout.
My second favorite trout stream:
Can you fish in it? I'd be there almost every day if it has a good supply
