A bit preachy but I have to leave, so fuck it. And yes I'm taking a raincoat.

That reminds me that I need to find some repellent to put on my raincoats. Any recommendations?

I dunno I was gifted a blizzard brand top and pants and its still waterproof years later without putting anything on it.

Mine are good for a couple hours of steady rain then they get incredibly heavy and the water starts getting through.

Well if it's any help I know mine are from an Army Disposal store.

I think you can buy the top and pants separate but I like to walk in heavy rain. The only real problem with mine is they sweat like crazy and there's no way for your skin to breathe.

Fake edit - Here I found them. The shop has a big sale on atm though, they are usually around $60-70AU each:

When the young walk between the raindrops trampling the old,

Prudent to try another day and succeed than to weigh in, in the rain in vain.

He who takes out his expensive bluetooth earphones in the rain often regrets it, young or old. I'm taking my old wired set.

They're not waterproof? I'm so old and in the way.

I'm too old to know if they come in waterproof or not. I bought the cheapest set there which was still 50 bucks so I doubt it.
