Assuming all of these are correct, and many of them are indeed linking source information, this is an absolutely vilifying account of US media. There's a very strong "shoot first, ask questions later" mentality that 1) aims to break a story first (which isn't a new behavior) and 2) aims to paint the President in a negative light.

The biggest issue with this behavior is that what gets reported first is what is taken as fact in the public eye. Much of these reports are corrected later, but the damage is done--almost nobody is clicking that article twice to see the correction! I understand the concept of freedom of the press, but I think there should be a legal punishment for such oft-repeated mistakes. There's no accountability nor any incentive to get the story right in the first place, if there even is a story in some cases!

This needs a higher place on the news feed.
