I have to wonder which one of Anonymous is going to foot the bill to have the major backbones into Ecuador physically cut... If you know where it is, it doesn't take much. Cut it every, I don't know, half mile or so, make maybe 8 cuts on each backbone... Knock everything down for like a week or two and cost them a lot of money to repair.
And then just keep doing it.
