Also, everything below that PDF was an image, not even a formatted html email.
Besides, Apple just sends receipts as emails similar to what you see there, but never with a pdf.

I just got one of those from "Amazon". Amazon has a specific email address to send spoofers to "<[email protected]>".
You should forward it to [email protected]. They have a whole page.
