For at least 2 years I had a routine of waking up and within ~10 minutes taking a mountain of a poo. A real toilet water breacher, if you will. It was always very satisfying to get all that business out of the way for the entire day, not to mention the phenomenal feeling of relief, but sadly this pattern has started to diminish recently. Anyone out there have any tips on how I can rediscover my once a day, every day morning poo?
I'm jealous, I wish I had that consistent level of poo
