Ten years old, there's the problem, just rebuild it using newer parts. Mobo, cpu, mem, gpu. Or any one of these would do well, if your a gamer this will do or even this one. If on a budget the search for dell desktop refurbished.

I am transferring links to Brave. Curiously, "it" has not given me a problem yet. And thinking about "it", the problems only occurred when I was running YouTube in the background as a jukebox.

Try floccus. It should transfer everything for you effortlessly. If you have the means for it, you can store your bookmarks and open tabs on a local folder (even temporarily) and have them imported wholesale.
