Meyer lemons can be grown from seed or cuttings. Any grafting would be obvious to see, since grafts occur above the root flare.

It looks like it has to be a cutting. There are no obvious grafting marks. I'll let the proliferate branch be but trim some of the green branches.

I can't see a graft point either. Cut it as you would like the final form of the tree to be cause these are foundational branches.

The only possible graft would be the topmost branch there, but nothing sticks out from other angles looking at the tree. It could just be grown from a cutting and not be a graft.
