Things like carrots, dill, parsley, and parsnip will attract praying mantises, ladybugs, and spiders. These predator species of insects feast on the bugs who like to ruin your tomatoes, so it’s a win-win for the tomatoes (and you)!

Going to experiment with sprinkling some herbs and flowers throughout the garden this year and see what happens

Notice on the chart that cabbage and broccoli are foes in the garden too?

What happens is they end up "hate-pollinating" each other and we get Broccoflower.

Probably how brussel sprouts came into being and people didn't want anymore horrors in the Brassica family.

Cabbage roots feed on love while broccoli roots feed on hate. No wonder they dont do well together
