It is hard to figure out what actually happened, because the entire England squad supported Sampson and there were two previous investigations. It may be that the FA tried to cover it up because England are doing well, or it could be that after he was sacked due to the Brighton investigation, the media picked up more negative coverage and they decided to distance themselves from it because he isn't manager anymore, so it doesn't matter.
I don't care about the institutionalised racism present in every crevice of our society, I just want at least one of our national squads to win the world cup.
