Minnesota anglers charged for catching 253 fish over legal limit: They 'were biting good'

Yeah, by the names it looks like Asian immigrants. I think they have a lot of problems with such fisherman everywhere USA. They want those fish and don't follow the rules. I may be wrong though, who knows.
