That 14% figure feels very dishonest when you're choosing just a single product to look at. Without aggregate numbers, this is pretty meaningless.

Well a lot of the numbers just aren't out there yet. Many companies just announced 2 weeks ago that they were increasing prices in many products, from soda to diapers. The price hikes might not take effect this year even, but across the board everything will rise due to inflation and supply chain problems.

Only if you care about it from a statistically significant analysis. At the end of the day, we all know it's happening and have had to deal with it. And we're all tired of it.

At the end of the day, I care about my wallet and my experiences. Evidence is fine and all for people who are going to do something about it but there's no mislabeling on size, contents, or price. It's not illegal so legislatively, there's nothing to do be done unless you take another bootlicking step towards communism or socialism.
