“The limitations of the script, namely that it equates having a vagina with female identity, and the requirement by Eve Ensler that it remain unchanged, leaves us with an incomplete play that doesn’t honor the experiences of trans, non-binary and gender non-conforming people. It is thus hurtful, harmful and exclusionary to folks with these identities,”

doesn’t honor the experiences

hurtful, harmful and exclusionary

lol. This reads like a game of SJW bingo. Imagine writing this kind of trash and thinking that you are an original and insightful thinker. I'd be so embarrassed to say something like this.

I'd like to see an AI trained on this like of pompous, pseudo-intellectual garbage. It could replace half of twitter.

It's also hilarious to see how a kind of political protest art can go from "stunning and brave" to "problematic and harmful wrongthink" in under 30 years. honk honk!

to "problematic and harmful wrongthink" in under 30 years

It kind if reminds me of the people who complain how "Baby it's cold outside" is an offensive song, then cheer a year later how that song about 'my pussy is so wet' or whatever is the best song in the world.

Clown World indeed

Yeah but why did the vagina sick internal affairs on the police chief who was just trying to protect her after the KY cartel blew up the gynecologists' office?... I might have missed something because I tend to get bored during plays and make up my own plays in my head.

Trans people do not have vaginas, so this is a super transphobic comment

I saw it in NY and wasn't impressed.

doesn’t honor the experiences of trans, non-binary and gender non-conforming people.

LOLS, that's because they're wannabes.

It's almost ironic how feminists have spent a hundred years fighting for equality, yet in only a few years many are rolling over to men playing dress-up

It's very sad. I do feel sorry for the men who would rather be women, though. If I could wave a magic wand to grant them their wish, I would. But I doubt if most of them would find the happiness they're seeking. I believe they would find themselves just as unhappy as they were, but now stuck in a hell of their own creation. It's all in the mind, after all.
