You'd have a hard time marketing them that way.
They wouldn't perform any better than cheap soft peasant shoes.
But if you market them as exclusive items, due to the rare materials and workmanship, you would have a demand.
The snobby elves would even pay a huge mark-up.
The problem will be in logistics. Where are the sneakers coming from? Do you have access to a temporal rift? If so are sneakers really the most profitable item to smuggle?
