We are currently in the retreat phase. The sole retreat belongs to Italy (@Jidlaph). Please get it in to me as soon as possible - the army in Trieste is dislodged, and can either retreat to one of Tyrolia and Albania, or may be disbanded.

Only Support Centers can be taken, not regular territories.

Yeah, I double-checked it like 3 times when I saw it. But it was a 100% legal order, so I really had no choice but to follow it, regardless of my own thoughts on its efficacy. :p

Also, to Skyrock's point, it's really more like supply centers are the only useful things to own - you could own every non-SC province on the board, but if you're out of SCs, you're out of luck.

EDIT: In terms of units, I mean. Owning other provinces for position is obviously useful.

Italy's retreat was to Albania, which means we are now in the build phase. Here is the map for this phase.
