That's oddly the most surprising part for me. I've lived in SoCal for a decade and I've never seen a garage above 5 floors.

If you follow the source Fox uses, they list the name of the garage. This appears to be the address.

I was just reading how the mayor there doesn't want to impose penalties on the homeless who shit in the streets. Sounds like a great place to vacation with the family!
