I'd love to see twitter links banned on here. It's spyware trash that we shouldn't support, and nitter/teddit/invidious are great examples of projects that actually have far better UI than the originals.

I've seen nitter and invidious instances throttled; I don't think we should rely too heavily on them.

But I do I use a browser plugin called Redirector for those, most of the time.

That is a problem with it. I'd love it if somebody setup a load balancer that automatically balanced between instances and solved the problem if one goes down.

The only way you can get 98% of people to do anything is to go round them up at gunpoint. We're witnessing totalitarianism and censorship, and idiots around the world rejoice as their side's politicians wreak havoc on our freedoms. I guarantee you if Trump said this, the media/twitter would be rightly calling out the frightening overreach of power. But total silence because it's Joe.
