So I can protest the fact that preventing me from gathering is a violation of the 1st amendment? This entire time she has been making up the rules as she goes. This entire ordeal has been a cluster fuck.

I've seen a lot of states/localities that have absolutely overstepped their authority during this crisis. For example I know one city that made masks in public mandatory and a finable offense. The problem of course is the logistics 1. every place is out of masks 2. the state and CDC have already said to reserve masks for medical workers and at risk populations 3. The only people still out in public are the homeless and they could give a shit about a ticket they will never pay and cant go to jail for not paying.

I would expect a lot of lawsuits when this ends.

The one guy was protesting at an essential abortion clinic while the majority of Wuhan victims are not viable.
