Russia has no motive to destroy the pipelines it owns.

Europe is pivoting away from its dependency as fast as it can. As many have pointed out, Poland opened a new pipeline on the same day. As new sources become available, Germany loses the pressures they feel to lift sanctions.

If Russia concludes that the pipeline won't reopen any time in the reasonable future, they might just decide future maintenance is a money sink and cut their losses.

A propaganda goldmine might just be the only value it had left.

The Baltic Pipe has a capacity of only 10 billion cubic meters per year. The Nord Stream system could carry up to 110 cubic meter per year.

The Norway-Poland pipeline delivers a drop in the hat compared to NS. Awful lot of leverage to be potentially lost by the Ruskies if they blew it up.
