How do they not know there isn't trace amounts of some thing in breast milk that isn't going to be in anything synthetic. If they make it with synthetic tissue, how do they not know the hormone balance will be ok? There is a reason why we give babies breast milk over cow milk.

All mothers should breast feed unless there is some complication where they cannot. The mother's immune system is transmitted to the child during breast feeding and helps acclimate them to the region. There was that big Nestle baby foruma scandal a while back where they got third world mothers hooked on free formula, then stopped giving it away once the mother's milk dried up, so they would have to then purchase formula they could not afford. Just avoid.
Plus if Gates is involved, double avoid.
