The video shows a source of heat, but the normal signatures of an exhaust plume were not there. There was no sign of propulsion.

Maybe he's misnaming it, but I saw no source of heat.

FLIR video shows heat. He's saying he saw an object (heat) but not the expected plume to propel it hither and yon.
