Unpopular opinion time I guess. There was an open range I visited that simulated this shot though they didn't advertise the fact. People forget Oswald was a Marine and received extensive weapons training. I was able to hit this shot on a moving target easily at that range and elevation w/ a 6.5×52mm Carcano Model 91/38. Out of exactly 100 rounds fired I hit 96. Magic bullet theories aside, it doesn't take a sniper to consistently hit that shot.
