I'm making a one gallon batch and using a 50/50 mix of white sugar and lite brown sugar (226 g each) with Motts juice, the juice was 1.040 and I added sugar. Mix well and let sit for 10 minutes then took my readings, refractometer shows 1.190 (70f) so I checked again with my hydrometer and got 1.191.

My question , should I add more apple juice or pitch the Nottingham yeast ?
