Why address the actual issue when it's easier/blameless to nab money from the wealthy through legal means.

Ya, sounds like something BC (Canadian California) would do.

The legal system is designed by the wealthy - largely to make sure that it is not easy to nab money from them.

Specifically, how is the legal system developed by the wealthy? And, define how it excludes the poor.

"Largely to make sure that it is not easy to nab money from them," explain this racist premise.

Please include how the United States legal system precludes the poor on every issue.

Perhaps you could attempt to give a counterexample, whereby the legal system is developed by the poor? All those impoverished, lawyers, politicians and lobbyists paid by impoverished corporate figureheads?

I don't think 'racist' means what you think it means. We live in a world where people can amass fantastic personal wealth and hoard it indefinitely with absolutely minimal effort - far more than needed to ensure the security of their families, and far more than they deserve. Meanwhile other hardworking, honest people lack basic necessities like food, shelter, healthcare. This wouldn't be the case in a system not designed by the rich, for the rich.
