I was just leaving a northern town when I heard there was a van kind of spree killing... lady in the first gas shop is the one telling me this because she has cable... ok now I know something fucked up happened. The type we all heard about in nice and now it has happened here... I came home and checked out the actual death toll and incident and felt sick. As a person who likes my Canadian values I want to say that I want to keep Canada Canada... I don't approve of total multiculturalism. I'd like Northern Canada to be recognized as a legitimate government. This United States/ United Kingdom problem has become too much of a Southern Ontario problem and I'd like to keep the people that shit where they eat separate from a monoculture that works just fine.

monoculture that works just fine.

Canada has never been a monoculture. Never even been close.
I hear what you're saying, I think. There is a Canadian identity that is being eroded. But that identity always included a number of ethnic groups.

if we can agree that the Canadian identity = the culture I want to preserve. Lets say I was implying Canada as I remember her, not the mess we're in.
