He's not entirely wrong, however he does have a major conflict of interest since Bitcoin/Crypto could replace Paypal.

it's decently likely that Bitcoin was a CIA/NSA or US creation, so he could be incredibly wrong. It would be fascinating if we somehow could see the account balances to see who the biggest holders are, but of course the whole design seeks to avoid that.
