13

When I woke up the price on coinmarketcap was 12k. Now it's 14k. As if it just fucking skipped 13k.

This is inherently unsustainable. We're likely going to see another micro-crash at 15k because investors like selling at multiples of 5, but who knows if that'll be what finally pops this behemoth.

All I can say is that we live in exciting times. Crypto is the future of money, and one day people will hear stories of when it was still new and the earliest adopters got to witness this speculative phenomenon. The past doesn't have this. The future hopefully won't have this.

I don't know about the rest of you guys, but I feel lucky just that I get to be part of this public insanity.

I honestly don't buy into the bubble hype. It's been growing exponentially as the market adopts it. The more people interested and accepting of it the higher it goes. It's literally keeping pace with the flow of knowledge. I have no doubt that it will surpass 20k by mid 2018 if not much sooner.

That used to be the case, but not anymore. It has become nothing more than a trading commodity because the transaction fees are far too high to buy anything. The majority of volume being shifted is just being moved around into other currencies for profit, people who are using crypto to buy things are not using bitcoin anymore. Bitcoin and Ethereum are ICO currencies now. As soon as there is a hint of it crashing in the same way it did a few years ago, it will plummet overnight. If you're holding Bitcoin now, you're trading it. The userbase of a couple of years ago has moved into other currencies, so it is being held up by nothing.

I am and have always been looking at it only as an investment and that's what my statements are based on. Alas, I do have an exit strategy planned for 15k, which should come to fruition tonight if those crazy Asians have any say.
