The Josh Donaldson experiment was a failure, at least from the standpoint of the postseason, which is all that really matters. He finished 1-for-11 in the three-game series.

The Indians will also have to reckon with another October disappearing act by former MVP candidate Jose Ramirez. Dating back to last year, Ramirez is 2-for-31 in the postseason.

Ouch

I didn't see much of this game. Sounds like there were a few errors that didn't help.

Bauer had a couple of costly errors. Without those it's possible he could have pitched longer and kept us in the game.

Still we did not hit all series. The pitching can only do so much.

Lindor 4 for 11

Brantley 2 for 10

Ramirez 0 for 11

Encarnacion 0 for 10

Donaldson 1 for 11

Alonso 0 for 6

Cabrera 1 for 8

Gomes 2 for 8

Kipnis 1 for 9

Other than Lindor, horrible.

*actually Gomes did alright too.

I'd be hoping for Boston or NY. Astros are nasty, and not just because they kicked our asses. They're the best in the league imo.
