Watched this on Monday. Rays used 7 pitchers for a 9 inning game.
Longest stint was 2.2 innings (60 pitches). The "starter" went 1.2 IP on 11 pitches. Was being pulled at batter where he reached 10 pitches, no matter when (batter 1, batter 5, etc.)
Not sure if this is 100% related to injuries to SP like Archer, horrible farm system, or some new information based strategy, and not sure if I like it or hate it.
