6 officers firing for 7 sustained seconds? That sounds like a mag dump to me which would be either 10 or 15 rounds rounds piece. Meaning that's anywhere from 60 to 90 rounds. With only 5 hits?
This is the same department that a few years ago had an officer fire 13 rounds at two teenagers who were caught stealing beer after one of the kids threatened him with a skateboard. 13 rounds, each suspect recieved a single bullet.
