Can I take a moment to recognize that by the definition of this title, such a person is being required to personify a certain lifestyle in order to gain CITIZENSHIP, and therefore by the very definition, is being preferential towards people of a homosexual lifestyle?

Humans are humans, and if someone does not qualify for the protection of a national government, its an all-or-none matter. Therefore, because its it is completely impractical for a country of under three million people to take responsibility for a population of well upwards of 36 million people, I request that this case be thrown out under internationally recognized common law, and readdressed under the law from which it draws statute. In addition, it is the opinion of the court that it should be considered substantially suspect that a "minor" seeking citizenship should prefer that all history of his life be kept secret from the court, denying them proof of age or alumnus. As such, the court rejects your application. Good day sir.

And that's how law works. I can guarantee this case took less than 10 minutes to address. If you don't like it, go get two four-year degrees, in two countries, one of which does not have a law school.

We need to stop ranking victimhood and start ranking decency. Sexual orientation should never have been a question. There's shitty people of all sexual persuasions in this world. Prioritizing citizenship over whether you'd rather suck the pole or lick the hole is crazy. If Charlie Manson was gay should he get special consideration when applying for citizenship? No.
