I know the cpu temps on speccy are always off. But having something as fundamental as the lithography be different, just doesn't make any sense to me.

Edit reddit edit: the R5 2600 is a 12nm, as is the 1600af(a rebranded 2600 chip) however the R5 1600x is 14nm. This doesn't clarify anything, but perhaps speccy needs an update?

The link doesn't tell us what specifically you are questioning about the lithography. Intel and AMD have public documentation on what the process is to make each of their processors. If speccy is giving you bad into, go to the source of the CPU for more details.

Edit: I use CPU-Z for such information, rather than speccy.

I edited with a bit more info I found. I use core temp for a more accuracy temp
