Well, I have suspended any dislike of certain voat users I used to hate before coming here. Turns out some of the people that hated me and I hated back can get along.
Make sure to join the chat, it's pretty good. You will see odder topics pop up much more frequently here, like history topics specifically on planes, various vegetable and gardening facts/tips, things people have made themselves and then just interesting tidbits. The site focuses far less on politics, even though a lot of people here do focus on it pretty heavy individually.
It's also not reddit. Don't double+ post something. It'll get seen.
