It seems to have been Dynix: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dynix_(software)

He said the name in the video. I mis-spelled it as "dynex" but duckduckgo was able to correct me.

I feel dumb. I just assumed that was the producer of the dumb console, not that program.
